We've got just the thing for you - SL Online lessons with the teachers at Sorrento Lingue!

If you've ever tried a Skype video call, you know how great it is to see a familair face while you're chatting. Video conferencing is here to stay. At SL we've taken language learning into the new millenium with our new SL Online Lessons. Take a look at the feedback from our students to see what a difference it makes and how much fun it can be.

Introducing SL 50+ Program

Last spring Sorrento Lingue launched its SL 50+ program. This program is specially designed for students aged 50 and above who would like to learn Italian and experience culture with students of a similar age who share common interests.

It was a great success and enjoyed immensely by students and teachers alike, so we've decided to organize our next program which will be running from October 5th - 18th 2008.

The program includes:

• 40 hours of Italian language & Culture classes (4 hours per day - 5 days a week - for 2weeks)
  
• Accommodation: Homestay - a single room B&B*
  
• 1 Tour of Sorrento
  
• 1 Excursion to Pompeii
  
• 1 Excursion to Naples
  
• 2 afternoons of school activities, such as Italian film and cultural lessons.
  
• 1 Visit to Lemoncello Factory followed by a tasting
  
• 1 Make your own Gelato (Italian ice-cream)
  
• 1 Typical Sorrentine cooking class

* Sorrento Lingue can also offer on request a multitude of different accommodation arrangements including: shared Apartments, apartment rentals, and hotel reservations.

Optional Excursions:
During the rest of your free time you can enjoy excursions to Capri, Ischia, The Amalfi Coast, Positano, The Castle of Caserta, Paestum, Vesuvious, Historic Naples, which includes, Capodimonte Museum, The National Archaeological Museum, world famous San Carlo Opera house and more.

Something Special on the Weekends:
We organize excursions to Rome, Florence, Siena and more.

Universities Study Abroad at Sorrento Lingue

As many of you know, SL has partnerships with several Universities around the world who host their Study Abroad programs with us. Our halls and classrooms have been bustling with international students who have not only had the opportunity to earn credits while studying here, but also had a summer of unforgetable memories.

This summer we welcomed back Hofstra University, Dayton University, and The University of Puerto Rico. We were also proud to host for the first time: The University of San Diego, and Tulsa Community College. We hope all of you enjoyed your programs with us and we look forward to seeing you back next year!
